Orders will be sent from Monday to Friday.
The processing of all orders takes 1-3 working days (except weekends and public holidays) in our shipping camp. This is our standard editing time for orders that are received on weekdays. For special offers, however, the processing of orders can take additional time.
All customers are responsible for entering the correct information for the invoice and delivery address of the order. Inquiries for address or order changes are taken into account, but are not guaranteed.
Return and exchange
Statutory right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier who has or has taken possession of goods.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform Celine Victor's customer service via email: support@celinevictor.com or directly in our live chat by means of a clear statement about your decision to cancel this contract.
To maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification to the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Danger:
Please note that we only withdraw and reimburse unused, complete and original packaged products and sets.
The invoice amount will - after checking the returned items - will be reimbursed for the payment route you use. After receipt of your products, the repayment takes place within 30 working days.
Damaged orders
For damaged items, contact us at: support@celinevictor.com with your order number and a diamond mark before in the subject. (e.g. Subject: # 1023).
Please also add photos of the damaged article to ensure quick processing.
Refused packages
A fee of EUR 35 for non -delivery is charged for non -accepted shipments. The fee for the non -delivery is drawn in by the means of payment created at the cash register and deducted from any refund or credit.
What happens when my package is lost or damaged?
Celine Victor ™ is not liable for lost or damaged returns or packages. It is the responsibility of the customer to follow all instructions. If the package is sent back to you with a due postage, it is the responsibility of the customer. Celine Victor ™ does not reimburse any additional costs.
International shipping
All shipping options selected according to international and priority are sent by UPS or DHL and sent by the local post of the destination. Celine Victor ™ is not responsible for delays in delivery due to weather conditions, ill -treatment by the freight forwarder, undeliverable addresses or false contact information for all programs, including express sex options. If you fear that your package will be lost or damaged, please contact Celinevictor.com within 15 days of the last scanned date.
The not deliverable addresses include: false / insufficient address, missing P.O. Box numbers, rejected or returned to the sender. Celinevictor.com is not liable for stolen, lost or damaged packages. And all return packages due to incomplete addresses, incorrect addresses or returns to the sender. Celinevictor.com has the right to collect an additional fee for returns related to lost packages or packages that are returned to the fulfillment facility.
For international orders, import taxes, tariffs and fees can be incurred that are charged by the customs department of your country on arrival. The recipient of the order is the registered importer and responsible for all import fees as well as for compliance with all laws and regulations of the target country. Celine Victor ™ does not raise tariffs and taxes and cannot provide any information about the tariffs and taxes. The customs regulations vary from country to country. If you have any questions, please contact your local customs office to obtain further information.
Transmission tracking
If you have created a login with us, you can track your order directly in your account by registering here and visiting the ordering status page.
As soon as your payment has been approved, you will receive an email if your order has been edited (this can take up to 48 hours). After sending your order, you will also receive a second email with your shipment success and a link to check the trip of your Celine Victor ™ eyelash.
Important note: If there is a problem with your sending number or parcel delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 24 - 72 hours so that the tracking information is displayed.
Offers & promotions
Celine Victor occasionally offers special promotions. To be able to use these actions, please enter the campaign code at the cash register. If the offer is valid, it is automatically applied to your shopping cart. Only one action code may be used for each online order that does not apply to certain products, gifts or sets. In addition, only one giveaway is offered per order.
Please read the details of each promotional code carefully to get a valid offer period and restrictions. Promo codes are only valid at Celinevictor.com and not with other retailers or websites.
If you receive damaged promotional items, please contact Support@Celinevictor.com. In the event of damage, the promotional item is replaced by Celinevictor.com. All programs for the replacement products are subject to the same shipping service, which was selected for the original order. We will not update the shipping service and can only update the shipping service against an additional payment of the customer.
All orders with offers or promo codes are completed and products can no longer be processed or changed. We have no money-back guarantee for these orders.
